1.    25th September ( Thursday – 15.00PM)
-    Organizer start general preparing for exhibition
-    Setting up standard booth
-    Hand over ground space to exhibitors for decoration

2.    26th September ( Friday )
-    15.00pm: Press Conference
To invite famous journalists and reporters from newspapers leading in electronic, Audio – Visual equipments to come and write review. Exhibitors have opportunities to introduce their products, services before opening hour
-    17:00  Opening Ceremony
-    Government Officials of Ministries, Departments, Associations and Organizer attend and inaugurate opening ceremony

* Exhibition Time: From 8.30am to 20.00pm during 26th to 28th  September, 2008 (Friday to Saturday)

3.    28th September (Sunday )
-    16.00pm Closing Ceremony
Organizer make a speech to thank Exhibitors for participating this Show and to close this Show
Exhibitors pack up their products and hand over booths for Organizer
-    Hi-end Area: before 8:00am 29th September,2008
-    Audio - Visual Area: before 19:00 28th September, 2008

Opening and closing time only for exhibitors:
Exhibitor’s representative should be  (with exhibitors’ card) on time: 8.00am
Exhibitors seal their owned booth and hand to Organizer at 20.30pm daily.
